Program Management, Administrative, Clerical and Technical Services Functional Category 4 (Technical Services) - Industry Partners

LRS Federal was awarded a five-year contract by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) under the Program Management, Administrative, Clerical and Technical Services (PACTS) indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract to provide Technical Services under Functional category 4 (FC4).
The broad scope of services the LRS Federal Team can offer under FC4 include all aspects of engineering design and development, preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of preliminary and final plans and designs, provision of technical services during construction or installation phases, inspection and evaluation of engineering projects and related services.
The engineering and technical services to be performed under the PACTS Functional Category 4 contract are available for use by all offices and agencies of DHS.
